If you wish to cancel your order in full or any item on order, including training, you MUST contact us immediately.

If you intend to change or cancel all or any items, including training, we MUST be notified 3 working days prior to your arranged Set-up and Delivery or training date.

If you are unable to contact us prior to 3 working days we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or, in the case of training, you may lose your entitlement and liable to cover the cost of the session. If training is cancelled with less than 3 working days’ notice you are required to provide a reason for the cancellation.
